Do I need my own booking engine?
Yes. Your agent books through your own agency booking account, so the bookings and commission are yours. If you don't have one yet, we'll help you set it up.
Who takes the payment?
Your booking engine does, through the checkout you already use. The agent sends your client a booking link and never sees card details.
Will it replace my team?
No. It handles the first questions and simple bookings at any hour. Anything complex, like a group or a honeymoon with special requests, it hands to you with the details already gathered.
Which AI does it use?
Claude, made by Anthropic. It's included in your plan. If you already pay for your own Claude account, you can use that instead.
What if a price changes before the client books?
The booking link always shows the live price at checkout, so your client never pays a number the hotel won't honor.
