You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or enter into bookings through our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2.1 YourLeadHub Platform

YourLeadHub provides a SaaS platform that enables travel professionals and website owners to:

Embeddable Widgets: Integrate travel booking functionality into their websites, including:

• Hotel search and booking
• Flight search and booking
• Resort packages
• Car rental services
• Multi-service travel planning

AI Chatbot Assistants: Deploy conversational AI agents powered by Anthropic's Claude models to:

• Answer travel questions
• Provide personalized recommendations
• Facilitate booking transactions
• Offer customer support
• Handle multilingual conversations

2.2 Third-Party Integrations

Our Services integrate with third-party platforms:

• Third-Party Booking Providers: Provide access to hotel inventory, flight options, resort packages, and car rentals.
• Stripe: Processes payments for bookings and subscription fees.
• Anthropic Claude AI: Powers our chatbot services.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing:

• Accurate and complete registration information
• A valid email address
• Secure password
• Business or company information (for commercial users)

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• All activity that occurs under your account
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

• Manipulate pricing or availability information
• Create artificial booking volume or fake reviews

5. Widget Embedding and Use

5.1 License to Embed

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to embed our widgets on websites you own or control.

5.2 White-Label Customization

Our widgets are provided as white-label solutions. You may customize the appearance, branding, and styling of embedded widgets to match your website or brand identity. You are not required to display YourLeadHub branding on embedded widgets.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by YourLeadHub and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display User Content to provide the Services.

7. Payments and Billing

7.1 Pricing

We offer various subscription tiers for widget providers and travel professionals. Current pricing is available on our website. Travel bookings may include service fees, booking fees, or markups on supplier rates.

7.2 Refunds and Cancellations

• Subscription fees are generally non-refundable
• Travel bookings are subject to supplier cancellation policies
• Cancellation fees may apply as specified at the time of booking
• Refund processing may take 7-14 business days

8. Travel Bookings

8.1 Booking Agent Role

YourLeadHub acts as an intermediary between travelers and travel suppliers (hotels, airlines, car rental companies, etc.). We facilitate bookings but do not own, operate, or control the underlying travel services.

8.2 Booking Accuracy

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate traveler information
• Verifying booking details before confirmation
• Ensuring compliance with travel document requirements (passports, visas)
• Reviewing confirmation emails for accuracy

9. AI Chatbot Services

9.1 AI-Generated Content

Our AI chatbot uses machine learning models (Anthropic Claude) to generate responses. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses may contain errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
• AI responses are generated automatically without human review in real-time

9.2 User Responsibility

When using the AI chatbot, you agree to:

• Verify all booking details before confirming
• Not rely solely on AI advice for critical travel decisions
• Contact human support for complex issues or disputes

12.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to contact us at support@yourleadhub.com to attempt informal resolution. We will work with you in good faith to resolve disputes amicably.

12.2 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, you agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

14. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and YourLeadHub regarding the Services.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent.
